Plastic Cards

Made with conventional PVC, these cards are very convenient for various sectors and uses. Our customers can choose from a wide variety of colors and forms, and also incorporate design and logo of their choice. Additionally you can add security features such as serialization, bar codes or chip, in order to provide a high-security product.

Cards with New Formats and Owner Format

Our customers have the option to use different formats on their cards, without losing their functionality (especially the magnetic stripe). Our experts can design the right format for you. We offer innovative formats like our MiniCards, which have the practicality to comfortably carry a credit card not only in the wallet. We also have the widest selection of hangers (tags) for doorknobs, water savers and luggage identifiers, which are useful for hotels.

Cards with Special Inks and Long Duration

We have an extensive experience in conducting and using special inks such as Optically Variable Ink, Metallic Inks and Holographic Overlays that generate a special effect and increase security levels. We can combine these options with multilayer technology applications and achieve a unique product. Our long-term cards can be used over a longer period of 5 years.

Translucent and Transparent Cards

We have an extensive experience in blockers substrates of infrared rays (IR Blocking) and we can create or match the required inks. Our blockers meet the parameters of the spectrum of infrared ray, turning your card into a work of art.

We can also offer a product completely transparent (colorless) and original for your card, which will be the sensation, especially in advertising.

Full Face Foil Cards

We offer you various foil options producing, along with a matte or glossy laminate, impressive effects to generate a novel and attractive card. The elegance of these cards is suitable for high-level users.

Biodegradable

The biodegradable card is made of PVC and contains additives that enable its polymers degrade much faster than normal, when in contact with nature.

Recycled PET

Inteligensa, always innovating, offers this material produced from transparent PET soft drinks and mineral water bottles, which generate social and environmental benefits such as social inclusion and environmental preservation, as production of 1000 cards equals 83 PET bottles withdrawn from the environment. This material has the ISO certification.

PET-G

PET-G (polyethylene terephthalate glycol) is a 100% recyclable material, obtained from petroleum and is considered to be environmentally friendly since is chlorine-free. It is widely used in Europe and Asia to produce ID’s.

Recycled PVC

Produced from waste of the processing of plastic cards in our factories, such as cuts and grounded cards, obtaining a material with similar properties to traditional PVC. Recycled PVC reduces the use of natural resources and promotes a change in attitude, which is fundamental to the preservation of the environment.

Magnetic Stripe Cards

Since 1970, when the ISO / IEC 7811 standards were released, bank cards have a magnetic stripe, which can store data electronically. These have multiple uses, according to the various applications supported, depending on the type of band:

Low Coercivity Stripe (LO-CO): 300 oersted, is mostly used in commercial cards (hotel sector, etc.).

High Coercivity Stripe (HI-CO): 400 oersted, for the security that it offers is used mainly in the banking sector. The high coercivity magnetic stripe is more durable, although more difficult to record and erase than the low coercivity card.

Currently, the magnetic stripe is included in the migration to chip, so that in places where there is no chip reader, the transaction can be processed with the information of the stripe.

Smart Cards

The characteristic feature of these cards is the microprocessor or chip contained in the inside, giving maximum safety in the protection of information.

Types of Cards by Technology

CryptoMemory

Cards under ATMEL Cryptometry technology offer the best cost/benefit ratio in the market, since they combine the advantages of the cost of a memory card with the security features of a microprocessor card.

These cards operate using the same communication protocol as the microprocessor cards (T = 0), but do not require an operating system. They also offer advanced security features such as encrypted passwords use, mutual authentication, data encryption and encrypted checksums. In addition, they have different memory areas whose security can be configured independently, which makes them ideal for multi-application cards.

The range of available memory comprises: 128 bytes, 512 bytes, 1 Kbyte, 2 Kbytes, 4 Kbytes, 8 Kbytes, 16 Kbytes and 32 Kbytes.

This type of card is ideal for identification applications, health, electronic wallets, loyalty, prepaid products, among others.

Microprocessor

Inteligensa offers a wide flexibility in microprocessor cards that allow you to run next-generation operating systems to incorporate various applications according to the needs of each project. Our variety of products ranging from cards low memory capacity up to high capacity cards with PKI functionality.

Among the technologies offered by Inteligensa for microprocessor contact card are:

MULTOS (with Cryptoprocessor): 8K, 16K, 32K and 80K
MULTOS step/one (Standard SDA): 4K and 8K

Contactless Cards

Inteligensa puts a wide range of contactless cards at your disposal, with the most popular operating systems in the market. This type of card is ideal for any application requiring high transaction speed.

Dual Interface Cards

These cards combine the technology of contact and contactless on a single chip and are ideal for associating various types of applications requiring high levels of security, along with fast transactions. Inteligensa offers these cards in the following technologies:

MULTOS: 36K and 80K
MULTOS step/one: 8K
MULTOS: 8Kbytes (ProX)

This type of card is used in transportation and identification solutions, national identification projects, financial applications (EMV or private brand projects).

Hybrid Cards

These cards combine a contact chip with a contactless chip in the same device and they are ideal to associate various applications requiring high levels of security, along with fast transactions.

Inteligensa offers these cards combining any type of contact chip with chips without contact.

They are suitable for transportation and identification solutions, national identification projects, financial applications (EMV or private brands projects), company security projects, among others.

Card Types according to Operating Systems
Inteligensa approach on smart cards is based in offering chips with “Open Technology” operating systems and non-proprietary. Open systems such as MULTOS, MULTOS step/one and Java give the customers a flexible solution tailored to their needs, multiple choices of providers, independence in the development and customization of value-added applications, next-generation technologies, better prices, interoperability, scalability, personalization “post-issuance”, etc.

MULTOS

Among a vast product line of smart card, Inteligensa offers the MULTOS operating system platform in its original version, and low-cost version MULTOS step/one, as an alternative to address smart card projects. MULTOS implementation includes several critical applications preloaded in ROM memory, such as M/Chip, VSDC, PKI, ID, etc., which guarantees a significant reduction in costs to the card issuer, as well as allowing upload new added value services.

The flexibility provided by a multi-application platform allows you to combine different applications on a card, at any stage of its life cycle, either with pre-loaded applications in MULTOS modules, personalized during production of the card or after the issuing.

Additionally, all applications developed in the MULTOS platform are interoperable with any chip, as long as it has available memory (and in some cases, cryptographic capabilities), allowing scalability in smart card projects to chips more or less advanced, depending on the needs. Inteligensa offers the MULTOS platform for various types of applications: banking (Mchip 4.0 and VSDC 1.5.4), national ID projects, health programs, loyalty programs, electronic wallets, PKI solutions, among others.

Java Card

Inteligensa offers cards under the most widely used platform in the market: Java Card. The implementation of this technology is compatible with the principles of safety and interoperability as defined by GlobalPlatform, ensuring a high-quality, compatible with a wide variety of applications: banking (EMV), telecommunications (GSM), transportation, national identification, among others.

Inteligensa has a range of pre-loaded applications in ROM: GSM, S@T, WIB, VSDC, Mchip, which allows a lot of space in EEPROM for the development of value-added applications.

Java Card products compatibility of Inteligensa with GlobalPlatform also allows customization schemes “post-issue” with any GlobalPlatform customization system of the market. Inteligensa focuses its products Java Card towards banking applications (EMV and private programs), telecommunications (GSM), projects of national identification, loyalty programs, among others.

Likewise, Inteligensa offers a wide range of memory sizes, 8K, 16K, 32K, 64K, 128K, both SDA and DDA versions.

TIBC Advantis

Cards with TIBC 3.0 operating system of SERMEPA oriented towards VISA® card EMV migration in Latin America. The TIBC 3.0 operating system with its implementations for VSDC 1.5.4 is an excellent platform to launch Latin American banks into the process of migrating to EMV, in a simple and economical manner.

In addition to the applications VSDC VISA®, Inteligensa provides value-added applications for this platform as an electronic wallet, fingerprint authentication and photo, loyalty, among others.

Among the options of memories for TIBC 3.0 with the application VSDC 1.5.4 (SDA version), Inteligensa offers 2K, 4K, 16K.

Cardboard Cards

Within this category we present the Scratch Off cards, in addition to being disposable, they allow you to hide information that should only be seen by the card owner. This information is covered by a safety belt or scratch off, which is eliminated or “scratched” by the owner.

The Scratch Off cards of Inteligensa guarantee our customers the following:

That the pin code is not visible through the scratch
That the pin code is not erased when the person scratch the card
Numbers that can be read clearly and quickly
Secure wrap, which allows you to take the card out of it quickly and easily

SIM Cards

Inteligensa excels in the production of SIM Cards, offering its customers complete solutions, from GSM to 3G and LTE based on (Universal) SIM Cards technology. We also offer application development and management platforms with OTA technology.

Our solutions are available with Java Card, S@T, WIB technology, from 32KB to 512KB, with integration NFC, value added services and OTA (Over-The-Air).

Committed to preserving the environment, we also offer the option of SIM Cards from recycled and/or biodegradable materials.
